Got a BTO and wanted to hack and renovate too. Reach out to them and someone called Elyse responded. After that ghosted me and never responded. Really poor service. I then found another contractor … don’t believe their 5 star reviewPosted on Google

We engaged SK Builder for the renovation of our 5-room resale flat, and we were very fortunate to have Ricky as our project-in-charge. Ricky was extremely efficient and made the entire renovation journey completely hassle-free and stress-free. Whenever we had to make key decisions, he was always ready with valuable, practical advice. We highly recommend SK Builder and Ricky if you are looking for top-notch renovation or hacking services!Posted on Google
Siew Ling Jeslyn Cheong29 September 2026A fortunate and amazing renovation experience with Ricky from SK Builder. We found their company through FB ads and got to know Ricky. It was a total overhaul for our 5-room resale. With many quoting us way too much, Ricky's quote was competitive and reasonable. In addition, the whole renovation stayed close to the planned timeline. With a lot to handle, Ricky was around to guide us through all the decisions needed, the next course of action, and so on. The workmanship quality was generally great too. We are really thankful to Ricky. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a renovation!Posted on Google
Alphaeus Nicholas18 August 2026we engaged GIGI from SK Hacking to hack toilet wall and service yard for our new HDB BTO 5 Room unit. She did an excellent job. It was a complicated job as HDB was not giving the approval and requested many additional document and photos over a month. She patiently followed up with HDB and updated us, making sure all the PE Endorsement and SE Plan was submitted well. Once approved, They conducted the works quickly and there was supervisor throughout to ensure work was done well and correct. Appreciate the good service from her and the experienced workers. Thank you!Posted on Google
K Lee19 May 2026Found SK online and shortlisted them for their hacking and tiling services after my thorough research. The whole journey from project discussion, quotation, planning, to project execution and follow-up services is beyond my expectation. The SK team including the tilers and workers are all very professional and knowledgeable. My special thanks to Gigi for going above and beyond to support this project!Posted on Google
Wan K8 February 2026Engaged SK Builder (Samuel & Siang) for our resale property renovation and had an excellent experience. They completed the entire project in under 3 weeks, even with scope changes, which is very impressive. They are specialists in hacking — our WC and kitchen hacking was completed within 1 hour and done very cleanly, with good dust control and proper site protection. Throughout the project, they were very responsive, managed the site closely, and ensured high-quality workmanship. They also gave clear options with honest advice, never hard-sold, and pricing was reasonable and transparent with no surprise costs. Overall, a smooth and stress-free renovation experience. Highly recommended.Posted on Google
Michael Florian Rush3 February 2026Ricky and his crew did a truly outstanding job renovating my home. Always professional, understood our goals and limitations and was honest with us about what would have an extra cost or what wasn't necessary to save us from extra fees. We recieved consistent updates and speedy replies whenever we had any follow up questions. This was even more appreciated as this is our first home and we've not engaged a contractor before. The results are a home we're incredibly excited to move into and whole heartedly recommend SK builders to anyone wanting to renovate their homePosted on Google
Andrea Singco3 February 2026I contacted Ricky and his team for contracting works on our new resale flat and they went above and beyond with the project. We had an extremely limited budget and he took on that challenge seriously while still handing over a home that's really clean, polished, everything we'd asked for and more. The quality of the work is insane. No pressure to do anything we didn't want to do and gave us cost effective alternatives every step of the way, should we request for them. He advised us on what to or what not to save and spend on too. His team carried out and completed the project really quickly without compromising on the quality. If you want a company that's patient, honest and able to deliver on their promises I highly recommended contacting Ricky and SK Builder!Posted on Google
Yenny Hassan31 January 2026Our previous contractor stood us up at the last minute, but this team stepped in promptly and delivered neat, professional hacking and painting works. Highly recommended.Posted on Google
